Spherical Expandable Polystyrene beads with pentane as blowing agent.
Processing
EPS 0305R can be expanded to densities between 25 kg/m³ and 80 kg/m³ with single pre-expansion. Density of molded product is also between 25 kg/m³ and 80 kg/m³. .
After pre-expansion, the EPS products should be aged in silos between 6-28 hours depending on the blowing agent type, amount, environment and process conditions.
